Once you sign up with ASR Freight Solutions, you will gain access to our US shipping addresses. You can use this address at checkout on any website (like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart).

Although our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have a machine that securely collects your packages. Any packages delivered during this time will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.

Customers are required to collect their packages within 3 WEEKS (21 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned packages in order to recover storage and handling costs. In addition, if a customer deliberately refuses to pay for a package, or fails to respond to multiple contact attempts (via phone, email, or other communication channels) to arrange payment or delivery, the package will also be considered abandoned. In such cases, the customer’s account may be permanently blocked from using our warehouse services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. No Refund Policy: Once a package is deemed abandoned and sold or disposed of, no refunds or compensation will be issued to the customer under any circumstances.

Weapons, ammunition, camouflage clothing, illicit drugs, and specific agricultural items are strictly banned or require special permits. Always contact us before shipping questionable items.

Once your package is received at our overseas warehouse, its status will be updated in your customer dashboard, allowing you to track it live until it reaches your hands.
